DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated times are calculated at checkout and can be up to 2-3 weeks. *Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore Mini4Speed is not guaranteeing delivery dates. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office and/or carrier may require additional documents, fees and/or time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Mini4Speed is not responsible for such fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

All Mini4Speed shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

Under DAP shipping conditions:

Mini4Speed is responsible for export handling and international shipping to the destination country.
Import customs clearance, import duties, taxes (VAT), and any local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any charges requested by customs authorities or the courier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Mini4Speed does not cover:

Import duties or customs taxes
VAT / sales tax
Customs brokerage or clearance fees
Delays caused by customs inspections or missing documents

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these DAP shipping terms.

We ship to the U.S., Canada, Europe, UK, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, and other countries. The customer is responsible for any import fees. Customs may hold your package until such fees are paid. Please pay attention to your tracking information. It may indicate whether or not your parcel is being held.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If you receive:

A damaged item, or
An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
Your order number

Each case will be reviewed, and an appropriate solution (replacement or refund, at our discretion) will be offered if the claim is approved.

2. General Return Eligibility (Physical Products)

Physical products may be eligible for return only if:

The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Used, installed, or modified products
Products damaged due to improper use or installation
Products damaged during return shipping
Custom-made or specially ordered items

4. Return Shipping & Fees

All Mini4Speed shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

Return shipping costs
Customs charges, duties, taxes
Courier or brokerage fees

are the responsibility of the buyer.

Mini4Speed is not responsible for:

Import or export duties during return shipments
Delays caused by customs inspections
Lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
